Domrey Cigars, the producer of Cusano Cigars and the Cuvee cigar line, was founded in 1995 by Bill Finley and Michael Chiusano.  The DomRey Company began in Boston where Chiusano and Finley were investment advisors. Chiusano also enlisted the help of his brother Joseph. In October 1997, the partners moved the Cusano headquarters from Boston to Sarasota, Florida in order to bring the company closer to the fields and factories of the Dominican Republic. Administration, sales and distribution are conducted out of the 1600 sq. ft. office in Sarasota and the company maintains part ownership in manufacturing facilities in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
